In February 2019 Xiaomi introduced a second generation M365 PRO electric scooter. The upgraded Xiaomi M365 PRO e-scooter has very similar external build and design as its predecessor. However, internal components have been substantially upgraded with the main upgrades being the larger capacity 12.8Ah battery and the full-LED speedometer with basic info about the scooter and the more powerful 300W motor.

The scooter has a substantial upgrade in terms of max range 45KM and max inclination 20˚. This is a very impressive boost that will allow an easy cruise even in steep and hilly terrains with a sufficient battery capacity to straddle around the city without charging it.
The Xiaomi Mijia Electric Scooter Pro keeps to the same folding design as we've seen on the previous rideable - Xiaomi Mijia M365 Electric Scooter. It weighs just 14.2 kilos and neatly folds into a very portable size (even though the scooter is quite compact, to begin with). In the folded state, the scooter is a bit heavier than predecessor hence, suitable best only for short carrying distances: you can take it on the bus or train without being a major nuisance and effortlessly store it in your home without bulking up your space.
The new scooter also features a full-LED control panel highlighting six types of basic information including real-time info and battery consumption. The control panel is controlled through a button just under the screen: you can use it to turn the scooter on and off, select a riding mode, etc.
Safety features are prevalent in the new scooter and include 8.5-inch pneumatic tires that allow a very comfortable riding experience compared to some other brands. The scooter has led lights in the front and the back.

SO...IS IT WORTH IT?
Our verdict is definitely YES! Xiaomi once again has provided the desired product with extensive functionality for a reasonable price. The extended battery life is the crucial part that was missing in the first generation scooter and with a more powerful motor will make any terrain an easy trip.
